STARability Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful, self-directed lives. We believe everyone has unique strengths, talents, and contributions to offer—and with the right supports, those strengths can truly shine. Through inclusive programs focused on life skills, employment readiness, community engagement, and personal growth, STARability creates opportunities for individuals to build confidence, independence, and connections within their community. Our work is rooted in dignity, respect, and the belief that inclusion makes our community stronger.

STARability Foundation provides inclusive programs and services that support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building skills, confidence, and independence. Our programs are designed to meet individuals where they are and help them grow in ways that are meaningful to their goals and interests. We offer opportunities in areas such as life skills development, career exploration and employment readiness, social connection, and community participation. Participants engage in hands-on learning, real-world experiences, and supportive environments that encourage self-determination and personal success.
