This exciting community event raises vital funds to support early childhood education programs for children and families in need. We are looking for volunteers to drive our van that provides transportation to our adult program participants. The participants are also brought back to their homes at the end of the day. This transportation option is vital to many of our participants.  

Change the life of a young person by becoming a mentor in our Take Stock in Children program. Take Stock in Children of Collier County is a statewide, academically focused mentoring program that guides students toward successful completion of high school and college enrollment. This multi-year program model integrates elements of highly effective college and career access programming, including mentorship, college and career access workshops, one-on-one college and career coaching, and scholarships.

We’re looking for volunteers to help with our NOAA Ocean Guardian School District Recognition & Celebration in Key West. Volunteers will assist with event setup and breakdown, guest check-in, parking, social media coverage, and more.

Most of the 60,000 emergencies that the Red Cross responds to each year are local, personal disasters like home fires.  The Disaster Action Team (DAT) Duty Officer ensures timely activation and monitoring of local and regional DAT responses.

As a Duty Officer, you’ll be the vital link between disaster responders and those in need — dispatching volunteers to scenes like home fires and floods, all from the comfort of your own home. This is a remote, on-call role that keeps our disaster response program running smoothly. You’ll coordinate with field teams, emergency partners, and staff to ensure fast, effective help reaches those affected by disaster.

Our Meals on Wheels program is looking for friendly volunteers to deliver meals to homebound seniors in Lee County. The role of the volunteer is far more important than the meals they deliver. They are often the only contact our recipients have all day. They provide a warm smile and a caring attitude. They are a safety check to help ensure our recipient's well-being. They are the eyes and ears of Meals On Wheels and often alert us to recipients with additional needs. We are able to schedule most volunteers for service near their home or office.

We are always looking for dependable drivers who are willing to donate 1- 3 hours of time once a week.

Wellfit Girls is seeking a Community Representative Volunteer to help represent our mission when our girls are in school or unable to attend events. This volunteer will assist with tabling at community events, supporting outreach efforts, and helping share and sell our wellness shots in partnership with local collaborators, ensuring our impact and visibility continue to grow throughout the community.

Data Entry Volunteers
Alzheimer's Association Data Entry Volunteers are responsible for entering constituent data and other information into the Association’s databases, ensuring that records for the Association are updated and accurate.


Key Activities:
Data entry into the Personify software system. Data could come from various departments and require different levels of entry.
Position requires being able to interpret data received in different forms, including but not limited to: hand written communication, typed forms, Google docs, online data, faxed forms, incoming mail, and email.
Position requires a high level of organization and some problem solving skills.
The person filling this position needs to be comfortable with a lot of computer work and interacting with many staff and volunteers.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability with integrated CRM software systems.
Demonstrated success in data entry.
Familiarity with email, google drive, calendar.
Highly detail oriented with project management skills to take initiative and check own work for accuracy.
Takes initiative to research and investigate missing data.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Proactive and passionate about the mission of Alzheimer’s Association.

Commitment Expected:
