Project BUILD

Project BUILD is a community‑based nonprofit founded in 2020 by a leader who was raised by a single mother and understands firsthand the challenges many young people face growing up without consistent support or opportunity. Motivated by a commitment to help youth stay off the streets and discover a sense of purpose, the founder created Project BUILD to ensure young people have access to meaningful guidance, skills, and employment pathways. Project BUILD is a team of passionate, heart-driven community members commited to a thriving Collier County.

Project BUILD equips underrepresented youth and young adults with the skills, credentials, and support needed to achieve meaningful employment and long‑term economic stability. Through workforce training, mentoring, financial literacy, and employer partnerships, Project BUILD creates clear pathways to sustainable careers and community success.
